We accept the following form of payment: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Euro/ Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro Card. 

ORDER 

After submitting an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We will also send you an email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Your order and delivery address cannot be modified or cancelled once it has been placed. SOLD OUT 

Because we produce in limited editions, please note that once an item is sold out, it is unlikely to be back in stock. You can contact us at studio@joriishansen.com for any specific or similar requests.

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE DKK 5000 WORLDWIDE.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED SECURELY WITH DHL OR GLS.

 

DENMARK: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
EUROPE: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
USA: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS 
REST OF THE WORLD: 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

 

SHIPPING TO USA

All prices include local taxes, customs and express shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. States through DHL or UPS. 
Note that we do not deliver to a PO Box. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, Jo Riis-Hansen cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING TO EU/NON-EU 

Orders are sent from our Copenhagen studio with GLS, GLS Access Point or DHL. Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your package. Note that we do not  deliver to a PO Box. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, Jo Riis-Hansen Holding ApS cannot beheld responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control. 

 

  

 

DUTIES AND TAXES 

Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for these costs. 

The following are shipping prices on orders under DKK 5000: 

Denmark: 55 DKK including VAT (approx. 7.5 Euro) 

Norway: 250 DKK including VAT (approx. 187 Euro) 

Rest of the world: 150 DKK including VAT (approx. 20 Euro)  

Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through Jo Riis-Hansen. 

 

 

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY 

A tracking link directing you to the carrier’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. receipt. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

We accept returns. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item in its original unused conditions, with its packaging and the original receipt.
Please return your product using an insured and traceable shipping method to :

The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for items lost. Refunds may be issued after receiving the returned product safely. If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will process your refund, excluding an amount of € 30 or equivalent to cover the original delivery cost. 
In the rare situation that you have not received your money back two weeks after we processed your refund, please check with your bank as well as with your credit card company, as delays may occur. If the transaction cannot be retrieved, please contact us at studio@joriishansen.com 

 

GUARANTEE 

Jo Riis-Hansen guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, for one year after purchase. You are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Expect the repair process to take 2 - 4 weeks as all claims will require the time of a trained gold or silversmith. Please note manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, and exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear. 

 

INFORMATION ACCURACY 

At Jo Riis-hansen we aim to provide information on our site as accurately as possible, but human and technological errors may occur. We are not responsible for typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions in pricing, availability, product descriptions or pictures. Please note that customers’ display and settings of electronic devices may alter the colours of products. We cannot be held accountable for delivery times, delays and fluctuating exchange rates. We reserve the right to correct, change or update the site content without prior notice.
