OBJECT NO 17

Object No 17 magnifies Jo Riis-Hansen’s key, liquified shape into a radiant gold pendant set with diamonds and pearls. The placement and sizing of the pearls and stones is central to Jo’s work and her experiments with creating a beauty and order from seemingly off-balance settings. Hanging from a gold chain, the organic form takes on an amulet-like quality.
